I am very happy to share that I completed first week of my 3 Months Challenge that too in winter season. Let me tell you my story in short:
I do believe in any resolution, but I do believe in accepting challenges. On 10th January 2023, A life coach ma’am named Nidhi has given challenge to her followers to do 3 tasks for next 3 months.
Those 3 Tasks:
- Waking Up at 5 AM
- Morning Walk (at least 5k steps)
- Exercise (or Gym or Sports activity)
Challenge had started from Monday / 16th Jan 2023.
MY FIRST DAY
I woke up excited at right time and went for running. This Day I completed my goal quickly.
OTHER 2 DAYS
Other 2 days went well, and I completed all tasks for these days.
THURSDAY & FRIDAY
On 4th Day, I woke up at 5 AM but decide to go for walk at 6 AM. I knew I will have to invest more time as I got some laziness that day, but I still completed.
WEEKEND
On 6th & 7th day, I was late to start the day, I mean I woke up at 5:45 AM and went for Morning Walk at 6:30 AM. But I still able to complete my task.
LEARNINGS FROM 7 DAYS CONTINUOUS EFFORT
- Discipline: It helps you to get more time for many works. And Make life easy and better.
- Consistency: It helps you to get on track and achieve things that you imagined to be difficult.
CONCLUSION
It’s Monday 8th Day and I have completed my first task and get more power and inspiration to do more work and improve quality of life and work. I hope you have got many inspirations and motivation to get up early and do work accordingly.
